Thanks to the recruitment support from Glasgow South West Regeneration Agency (GSWRA) a new teeth whitening business based in Silverburn Shopping Centre, hired the right staff to get their new venture off the ground.
From the outset, owner of Crystal Smile, Frank Rameshni, knew that for his business to succeed in south west Glasgow he would need to employ good local people. Via existing contacts with the management centre at Silverburn, Frank was put in touch with the recruitment team at GSWRA.
From the initial meeting Karen Smith, Recruitment Adviser was able to assess the staffing needs of the new business and set about developing a tailored recruitment solution. The positions were advertised, the initial selection was conducted and the successful candidates were put forward for a formal interview. This resulted in three local ladies getting full-time jobs – Janet Ross (Manager), Veda Gray and Lauren Donnelly (Sales Assistants).
