business-adminThis 14 week waged course (35hrs per week )is designed to give you the basic skills and knowledge to take up a post working within an office environment.  You’ll learn how to deal with people, IT and company issues. You’ll get the chance to plan and prioritise your own work, communicate information, get to grips with basic information technology applications and equipment, as well as, discover ways to continuously improve yourself and the organisation.

There are no official entry requirements, however GSWRA are looking for the following qualities and skills.

  6. Registered unemployed *
