Customer Service Training

customer-serviceThis training programme is an employer led, 3 week specialised pre-employment course. There are a wide range of opportunities available, spanning a variety of sectors. The key focus for the programme will always be on customer service. Previous employers participating in this programme have included Royal Bank of Scotland, Yo Sushi and Balfour Beattie. Once you complete the training you’ll be a guaranteed an interview for a full time job.

Entry Requirements

There are no official entry requirements, however GSWRA are looking for the following qualities and skills.

  1. Desire to succeed
  2. Commitment to achieving the certificate and gaining full time employment
  3. Good literacy skills
  4. Good Keyboarding skills
  5. Good attendance and timekeeping
  6. Registered unemployed *
