Glasgow South West Regeneration Agency is a private company, limited by guarantee. There are three company members; Glasgow City Council, Scottish Enterprise Glasgow and Glasgow Community Planning, each with the right to nominate representatives to the Board of GSWRA as detailed below.

The Memorandum and Article of Association for GSWRA are consistent with those adopted by each of the 5 Local Regeneration Agencies, when they were established at the beginning of April this year.

The full Board, which meets 4 times annually, is supported in its governance of the Company by the Finance & Audit Sub Committee, the Personnel Sub Committee and the Nominations Committee. The Finance & Audit and Personnel Sub Committee meet approximately 8 times per annum and the Nominations Committee by arrangement to discuss the business of appointment of Co-opted Directors.
