GSWRA operates a number of projects which focus on the training & employment needs of young people in the South West Glasgow area.
YETS (Youth Employability & Transition Support) is an innovative programme which provides 16-19 year olds with the skills and support they need to progress into sustainable employment.
Get Ready for Work (GRFW) supports young people to move into a job, further training or college, by helping them focus on what they want to do. They can also learn new skills and get the confidence they need to move on to further training, learning or into work.
